Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to establish and maintain a framework for CAD drawing and BIM model production. The ideal candidate will lead junior designers, prepare project-specific drawings, and ensure alignment with workflow standards. A minimum of 6 years in civil or structural engineering consultancy and relevant qualifications are required. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant civil or structural experience in engineering design consultancy preferred.
• Candidates with BIM certification or diploma will have an added advantage.
• Prior experience in BIM production within a contractor environment will be favorably considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the framework for efficient drawing and BIM model production.
• Prepare and develop CAD drawings and BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior designers in producing drawings and BIM models.
• Coordinate with engineers and report regularly on project and design progress.
• Ensure proper CAD/BIM file and model management in alignment with workflow standards.
