Job Summary

A strategy‑critical position for someone who can turn complex commercial data into clear decisions, influence senior leaders, and shape how growth is executed across regions.

What You Will Do
Strategic Analytics & Insight
  • Lead complex, customer‑and dealer‑level analyses to inform coverage models, segmentation, growth priorities, and go‑to‑market decisions

  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and fact‑based recommendations

Executive & Board‑Ready Outputs
  • Develop concise, insight‑led dashboards, one‑sliders, and presentations for SVP, VP, and board audiences

  • Ensure outputs clearly articulate “so what” implications, trade‑offs, and recommended actions

Enterprise Metrics & Dashboards
  • Own and evolve core commercial performance dashboards (e.g., STU, SV, CVA, Aftermarket, Technology adoption)

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment across Growth and Core Regions

Governance, Pilots & Strategic Initiatives
  • Act as analytics and insight lead for strategic pilots, governance models, and transformation initiatives

  • Support qualification logic, tracking mechanisms, and executive progress reviews

Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Sales, Digital, Distribution Services, and regional teams to align insights with execution

  • Serve as a trusted analytical advisor to senior leaders

Business Assessment

Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.

  • Conducts, documents and communicates basic business assessment reviews and walkthroughs.

  • Defines success factors for potential applications or systems.

  • Evaluates the processes and tools for risk assessment and benefits analysis.

  • Plays an active or leadership role in business assessment processes and assists in the preparation of deliverables.

  • Utilizes tools, techniques and practices for identifying and validating business opportunities.

Requirements Analysis

  • Utilizes automated diagramming tools to ensure traceability of requirements.

Research Analysis

Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies and methods of research analysis; ability to locate, interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others.

Top Candidate Will Also Have
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.

  • Proven experience in business analytics, including business planning, annual target setting, forecasting, revenue projections, and performance analysis.

  • Advanced commercial analytics and data modeling capabilities to support strategic business decisions.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling business recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

  • Required business travel - approximately 15%
