Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the Back-Office domain in Lending.
• Experience in creating both BRD and FRD.
• Experience in collecting business requirements and standardizing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team as a Subject Matter Expert for Lending IT Projects.
• Provide training to local and overseas users.
• Assist in the preparation of System and Operation manuals.
