Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aged care organisations or hotel management preferred.
• At least 3 years' experience leading a team.
• Able to work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute aged care work plans and oversee daily operations.
• Organise research on resident living and activity services.
• Handle resident complaints and feedback effectively.
• Manage departmental budget and ensure expenses are controlled.
• Establish and supervise departmental SOPs for staff implementation.

Ability to converse in Mandarin and/or other dialects

Education
