Tashan Management Consulting Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Lead Assembly Technician to anchor production operations at our Tai Seng facility.

This senior, hands-on role requires you to lead a small team, drive output, and own floor-level performance in a precision assembly environment. Based in Singapore, you will work Monday–Friday, Day Shift, 5 days a week, with a focus on quality, documentation, safety, and timely delivery of complex mechanical and electrical assemblies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor-level production execution across assigned programme tasks in a cleanroom environment to meet quality and output targets
• Assign tasks and communicate production instructions clearly to Senior and Assembly Technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor team task execution quality and output consistency to maintain high production standards
• Identify and promptly elevate attendance, performance, and task anomalies to the supervisor for timely resolution
• Perform advanced certified assembly procedures accurately according to programme specifications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and documentation to comply with programme requirements
• Enforce safety standards and ensure PPE compliance among team members at all times
