Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, CV, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with search/recommendation/ads systems.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate with new algorithms or tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement algorithms for search, recommendation, or advertising systems.
• Build advanced user behavior models and query/assortment understanding models.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams.

Skills

Programming skills in Python

Experience with search/recommendation systems

Familiarity with LLMs and LLVMs

Strong product intuition

Good communication skills in English

Education

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
