Job summary

PEOPLESEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to bridge data science research and scalable, enterprise-grade AI production systems. You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end MLOps infrastructure and decision engines for real-time workflows across enterprise applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy ML models, enforce governance and security, and improve model lifecycle management with CI/CD, monitoring, and feature engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining production ML models and scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and decision engines for real-time enterprise workflows.
• Implement robust MLOps practices: training, orchestration, deployment, versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Drive governance, observability and continuous experimentation to ensure model quality and compliance.
