We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer & Strategy to drive both the hands-on development of AI solutions and the strategic roadmap for AI adoption across the enterprise. This is a hybrid role requiring deep technical expertise in AI/ML (especially in Generative and Agentic AI) along with strong business acumen to shape the organization’s AI direction. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering execution and long-term strategy, working across departments to deliver impactful, production-grade AI systems aligned with business goals.

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead the development of production-ready ML pipelines and AI infrastructure (MLOps).
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI into business workflows.
• Implement and maintain best practices in AI development, including model governance, risk, and compliance.
• Define and own the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business operations and develop proof-of-concepts that evolve into scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and partnerships for accelerating AI capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI trends, innovations, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building ML pipelines with CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in building and executing AI/tech roadmaps is a strong plus.
