You will lead analytics, ML and AI-driven solutions, build AI agents, and collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into practical tech solutions. The role emphasizes agile methods and end-to-end product lifecycle from roadmap to production, with a focus on scalable, compliant data architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI workflows and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku, n8n, Power Automate Copilot, Northflank).
• Experience with GovTech AI tools (GovTech Desk, OPUS, Airbase/Airlift).
• Familiarity with containerisation, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and emerging tech trends.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of analytics, ML, and AI-driven solutions to solve business challenges and generate actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and implement AI products leveraging Agentic AI frameworks for practical business applications.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents and applications from proof-of-concept to production readiness.
• Design and develop scalable frontend and backend software systems applying cloud application and data architecture principles.
• Automate engineering and development workflows by creating reusable components, tooling, and standardized technical practices.
• Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure delivery of high-quality AI solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to architect, design, and implement cloud-based AI agent applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle activities including roadmap planning, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Define non-functional requirements and evaluate database solutions ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
