Job summary

PwC Singapore seeks a Manager-level data and analytics professional to lead AI and data engineering initiatives. The role focuses on building and optimizing generative AI models and data solutions for client outcomes, with emphasis on scalable design, performance, and governance.

You will guide teams through project lifecycles, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovation in AI, ML, and data analytics to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Extensive experience with LLMs, Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, and numerical programming frameworks.
• Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and application of Generative AI models and advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Oversee risk management administrative tasks by effectively communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Manage and execute end-to-end projects, including clarifying requirements, devising research approaches, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead R&D initiatives to ensure the team remains at the forefront of AI advancements.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the team by sharing expertise and best practices.
