Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in CNC machining aerospace work environment.
• 10+ years supervisory or managerial experience in CNC fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programming and set up machines for aerospace machining.
• Lead NPI first article part process including documentation.
• Provide guidance to operators in CNC machining processes.
