Job description
Overview

We are offering a hybrid role that combines commercial support with project involvement on the purchase side. Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to a staffed position within Le Club FICOFI, focusing on member engagement and sales support, while the remaining 30% will involve project-based initiatives supporting our partner estates. You will report directly to Head of Wine Distribution. While being based in Singapore will facilitate effective training, this position requires flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate daily with teams across the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Assist Sales Team with tailored commercial guidance to optimise offers and campaigns.
  • Portfolio Analysis: Review and analyse members’ cellars to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
  • Stock & Campaign Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our stock, sales campaigns, and priorities to guide offer selection.
  • Member Engagement: Ensure members receive curated wine recommendations that reflect their preferences and enhance their experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Le Club FICOFI Advisors (LCFAs) to align on objectives and provide timely, accurate support.
Day-to-day activities
  • Review Member Data: Check MFU (Member Follow-Up) reports to identify members behind on objectives. Analyse previous year’s purchase patterns and current year-to-date offers to spot gaps.
  • Stock & Campaign Scan: Review current stock exposure and immobilisation risks. Identify priority wines to push and upcoming allocations or mandates.
Proactive Member Engagement
  • Tailor-Made Proposals: For each new allocation, campaigns, immediately map potential buyers based on historical purchases and preferences. Draft personalised wine proposals for LCFA review.
LCFA Collaboration
  • Schedule quick touchpoints with LCFAs to align on member strategies and confirm next steps. Share insights on cellar analysis and campaign opportunities.
Campaign Monitoring
  • Track Progress: Monitor LCFA performance on key campaigns and identify gaps.
  • Missed Opportunities: Flag campaigns or releases that might have been overlooked and propose corrective actions.
