• sorting clean and soiled laundry items according to hotel requirements and job orders
• checking item types, quantity and cleanliness, arranging items by category (e.g. towels, bedsheets, uniforms)
• preparing them for delivery or washing
• follow hygiene and handling guidelines
• ensure accuracy and neatness in sorting
• coordinate closely with the drivers and hotel staff to meet service standards
