Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Singapore is looking for individuals to assist in laundry operations. Responsibilities include sorting and packing linens and maintaining a clean working area. Candidates should have at least a Secondary/Nitec education and be team players willing to work in a hot environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry operations is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Check and sort all soiled linens/laundry items into the washing machine.
• Feed clean linens/laundry items into the ironing and folding machines.
• Pack and sort clean linens/laundry items for delivery to hotels.
• Maintain cleanliness of working area.
• Report any faults in laundry machines to the manager.

Job description

Checking and sorting all soiled linens/laundry items into the industrial washing machine

Feeding clean linens/laundry items into the industrial ironing and folding machines

Packing and sorting clean linens/laundry items for delivery to the different hotel properties

Maintain cleanliness of working area

Report any faulty/abnormalities found in any laundry machine(s) to the Laundry Operations Manager

Any other duties within reasonable scope as required
