Responsibilities

• Ensure there are no ageing parcels in the station.
• Monitor and analyze factors that contribute to ageing.
• Implement operations strategies to improve Last Mile station cost.
• Develop performance goals and objectives for subordinates.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors.
