The Assistant Project manager ensures the following:
- 1. Assist the PM on the various aspects for delivering the projects.
- 2. Project to be completed on time and within budget, project's objectives are met and to specification, and in efficient order.
- 3. Miscellaneous task that may arise
The responsibilities includes and not limiting to :

- · Admin and safety submission
- · Costing, VO and claim management
- · Filings and document management
- · Procurement and supplier management
- · Customer/MC management
- · Manpower and subcontractor management
- · Reports and closure of arising matters
- · Site walks and meetings
- · QCQA
- · Seeking for efficiency and resource saving.
