Job description

Responsibilities

• Carry out land and engineering surveys, capping beam and pile cap setting out survey, traverse main and sub control lines
• Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage
• Prepare setting out data and pre calculation as per requirement
• Carry out routine building alignment (horizontal and vertical) survey during the course of the project, perform field surveying to obtain data for base plans
• Make accurate Pre-measurements and survey report for engineering to design
• Ensure all coordinates on field alignment to match up to construction drawing
• Any discrepancy between construction drawing and site condition to address immediately to Project team and Engineering
• Make accurate post- measurements and survey report for as-built drawing
• Periodic check & verify Survey instruments

Requirements

• Experience in LTA projects
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
