Job summary

A civil engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Land Surveyor to perform setting-out of survey points and conduct land surveys at construction sites. Candidates must have a Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in building construction projects. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is required. Experience in Bored Piling is advantageous. Both experienced and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To perform setting-out of survey points and levels at building construction sites
• To perform land surveys / measurements using a variety of technical equipment
• Responsible for verification of accuracy of survey work on site and data collected
• To provide survey reports and liaise with relevant parties
• To co-ordinates work on-site with relevant parties

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• Positive working attitude
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Language Mandarin (spoken fair), English
• Experience in Bored Pilling will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
