Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Surveyor to assist with surveying works and coordinate with site supervisors and sub-contractors. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Land Surveying and a minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant projects. Qualifications

• Min 3 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects.

• Assist department heads and site supervisors on all surveying works.
• Coordinate surveying works with sub-contractors.
• Liaise with the project’s registered surveyor for survey control points.
• Identify and assess foreseeable risks and minimize environmental impact.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented at the site.

• Assist department heads and site supervisors on all settling out, levelling and other related surveying works on site.
• Coordinate surveying works with sub-contractors
• Liaise and coordinate with project’s designated registered surveyor for all the survey control point and temporary bench marks (TBM’s)
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environment impact associated with the construction activities
• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
