  • Assist the Labor Supply Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations, including recruitment, placement, and scheduling of workers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for available positions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of client orders.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor worker performance and address any issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information, assignments, and payroll data.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain a talented workforce.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
