Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a qualified Laboratory Technician in Singapore to conduct laboratory analysis, assist in technical projects, and maintain laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Chemistry or equivalent and relevant experience in precious metals is a plus. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with salary expectations and notice period.

Qualifications

At least ITE or Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Process Technology/Material Science or equivalent.
Working experience in precious metal/base metal is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

To conduct final sample preparation in final sampling room.
To conduct laboratory analysis and reporting.
To assist chemist in technical development project.
To maintain the inventory of all laboratory facilities/ equipment.
To check, record and report on the inventory of all laboratory supplies.
To carry out calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment as per schedule or instructed.
To ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory.
To follow the existing system and documentation as per the procedures.
To update the relevant records.

Laboratory Technician

Location: Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport

Salary: $2700 - $3000 + entitled to OT

Working days: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Sat (8am – 12pm)
