This is an on-site role in Singapore and reports to the Value Stream Supervisor within the Manufacturing & Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Execute preparatory tasks and fundamental manufacturing activities to support the production of raw materials or finished products.
• Contribute to general laboratory upkeep and ensure smooth daily operations within the assigned value stream.
• Maintain alignment with operational goals and support the department’s efficiency and quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and use aids to determine proper production flow based on product type or services.
• Prepare materials according to documented procedures using standard lab equipment and maintain accurate records for product, process, instrument, and training.
• Perform lab cleaning and decontamination protocols and maintain electronic records to ensure accuracy and compliance with instructions, safety guidelines, ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 where applicable.

Essential requirements

• Minimum N/O level, Nitec in a science-related field or equivalent by relevant experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Preferred experience

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing practices.
• Previous laboratory and chemical handling experience.
