Job summary

POET Technologies PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced manufacturing operator to maintain test equipment and stations, perform health checks, calibrations, and ensure compliant lab practices.

You will handle product testing, packing, labelling, 5S practices, and support overtime and night shifts as required, contributing to a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing / operation environment.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom attire in an air-conditioned setting.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in microscopic work.
• Willingness to support overtime when required and flexibility to work shift schedules, including night shifts.

Responsibilities
