Job description

Responsibilities

• To assist chemist in technical development project.
• To purchase lab items and maintain the inventory of all laboratory facilities/equipment.
• To conduct laboratory analysis and reporting.
• To check, record and report on the inventory of all laboratory supplies.
• To carry out calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment as per schedule or instructed.
• To ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory.
• To follow the existing system and documentation as per the procedures.
• To update the relevant records.
• To work harmoniously with colleagues in the same department and other department.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, or equivalent.
• Working experience in lab environment is an added advantage.
• Good analytical abilities and communication skills.

Remuneration

• Basic: $2,500 – $2,800
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Saturday (8am – 12pm)
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate manages own transport
• Sign-on Bonus (Terms & Conditions apply)
