Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Laboratory Planner (Architectural Consultancy).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and plan laboratory spaces to support scientific and technical functions effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate lab designs into broader facility plans.
• Evaluate user requirements and operational workflows to ensure optimal space utilization and safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative, practical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain planning documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all lab designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability best practices.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction and commissioning, coordinating with stakeholders at each stage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in laboratory design, planning, or facility coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, utilities, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.
• Proficiency in design and planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Location: Central
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: up to S$8,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
