Laboratory Executive (Radiation Dose Monitoring Services)

📍 Location: Kent Ridge
🕒 Contract Duration: 11 months | Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Join a leading laboratory in Singapore dedicated to providing radiation dose monitoring services to protect the health and safety of radiation workers. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our team in delivering quality service and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance work processes and build strong customer relationships to deliver outstanding service.
• Lead customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and drive service improvements.
• Monitor application payments and dosimeter issuance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate dosimeter preparation, distribution, and courier services to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery.
• Conduct quality checks on returned dosimeters, manage courier job lists, and maintain communication with customers to uphold quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in any Science discipline.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in a service laboratory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
• Open to Singaporeans only.
