Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Life Sciences laboratory professional in Singapore to support routine analyses, ELISA testing, and data documentation. You will collaborate with the lab, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely completion of testing activities and maintain equipment and working areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience, ideally in a regulated environment
• Experience performing ELISA assays including sample preparation, reagent preparation, assay execution, and result documentation
• Good understanding of laboratory procedures, accurate data recording, and good documentation practices
• Ability to follow established methods independently and integrate into workflows
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills for routine testing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (lab, Quality, Manufacturing)
• Experience with UV spectrophotometry would be an advantage
• Exposure to HPLC analysis would be an additional advantage
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory analyses according to approved procedures and quality standards
• Conduct ELISA testing and related sample/reagent preparation and assay execution
• Review, record, and maintain complete laboratory data and test results
• Support investigation and reporting of atypical results or technical issues
• Ensure activities comply with procedures, documentation practices, and safety requirements
• Collaborate with lab, Quality, Manufacturing, and other teams to complete testing on time
• Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and working areas
• Support continuous improvement to improve efficiency, data reliability, and quality
• Integrate into established workflows and contribute to ongoing activities
