Lab Technician – Rubber Testing

Location: Jurong Island, Singapore (Company Transport Provided)

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000/month (commensurate with experience)

Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle materials for testing.
• Set up and operate machines for testing and analysis.
• Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing, and compounding.
• Evaluate rubber properties according to SOPs.
• Maintain lab equipment, perform minor troubleshooting, and ensure housekeeping standards.
• Update and maintain inventory records for materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a rubber inspection laboratory (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and mechanical machine handling.
• Computer literate.
• Self-disciplined, independent, and motivated to work in a lab environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of rubber compounding and material testing methods.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment.
