• Location: Jurong Island, Singapore (Company Transport Provided)
• Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000/month (commensurate with experience)
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle materials for testing.
• Set up and operate machines for testing and analysis.
• Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing, and compounding.
• Evaluate rubber properties according to SOPs.
• Maintain lab equipment, perform minor troubleshooting, and ensure housekeeping standards.
• Update and maintain inventory records for materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum O‑Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a rubber inspection laboratory (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with lab equipment and mechanical machine handling.
