Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Lab Technician to join a busy environmental services lab in Tuas.

This permanent role supports technical development, conducts laboratory tests, analyses results, and prepares reports to quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least a NITEC in Chemistry or related field, is willing to work a half-day on Saturdays, and can manage purchasing, stock checks, and calibration of equipment.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Laboratory experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work half-day on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Support technical development and project activities within the laboratory.
• Perform laboratory testing, analyse results, and prepare reports.
• Manage laboratory supplies, including purchasing, stock monitoring, and inventory records.
• Carry out scheduled calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organisation, and proper housekeeping standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and records in accordance with established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support daily operations.
