Job summary

A leading chemical analysis company in Singapore is seeking an experienced lab technician to perform sample analysis of petroleum and chemical products. Ideal candidates possess a Diploma in Chemistry, have at least 3 years of experience in petroleum testing, and are capable of working in a 12-hour shift environment. Strong communication and laboratory skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in Petroleum Testing.
• Experienced lab technician specialized in Petroleum Laboratory.
• Able to work in 12 hour shifts.

Job Decription

• Perform sample analysis of Petroleum and Chemical products .
• Should be able to handle Laboratory Equipments
• Prepare chemical stock solutions and reagents
• Standardize reagent/equipment when necessary
• Review the results and retest when it is suspect
• Upkeep the cleanliness of work areas, apparatus and equipment
• Perform any tasks as assigned by team leader or supervisor

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma In Chemistry or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Petroleum Testing is required for this position.
• Experienced lab technician specialized in Petroleum Laboratory
• Well spoken English and communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Should be able to work in 12 Hour Shifts
• Able to work during Weekends & Public Holidays
