Job summary

TUM CREATE is seeking an experienced lab technician to join the CellFACE project on AI-powered high-throughput blood cell analysis. You will ensure instrument functionality, manage supplies, and support wet-lab protocols in a fixed-term role ending 30 April 2027.

The successful candidate will have a biomedical science background with internship or lab experience, plus familiarity with flow cytometry and microscopy. Singapore-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Higher NITEC, or NITEC in biomedical/life sciences or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship, final-year project, or hands-on lab experience will be considered.
• Experience with flow cytometry, haematology analysis, and microscope operation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform haematology analysis of clinical samples in a BSL-2 lab.
• Calibrate, run quality checks, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Develop and refine laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
