Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory activities and ensure timely testing.
• Allocate tasks and set priorities for testing requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on rubber and latex testing.
• Oversee method development and validation for analytical methods.
• Train and develop laboratory analysts for technical competence.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Manage laboratory inventory and coordinate with finance.
