Qualifications

• Diploma holder (preferably in Biomedical Sciences or related fields).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage sample receipts, data entry into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Ensure proper record-keeping of client requests, forms, and reports.
• Support research initiatives by coordinating project documentation and timelines.
• Continuously improve internal processes to enhance service efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues to foster a team-oriented environment.
