The Lab Scientist is responsible for executing filter performance testing for R%D prototype samples to determine the prototype sample works at customer application, apply leading edge analytical tools for trace level extractable detection method regarding filtration, separation and purification of microelectronics application.

This position reports to the Director of Science & Laboratory Services and is part of the SLS located in Benoi, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Run metal extractable testing by using ICP-MS
• Run organic extractable testing by using GC-MS, LC-MS
• Challenge to apply most recent analytical tool to detect trace level extractables

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Materials Science or related field
• Better to have 5+ years of work experience in semiconductor industry (Fabs (IDM), Materials Suppliers, Process Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Analytical tool Manufactures

Preferred Experience

• Quality related knowledge/certificate, like Six Sigma
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Materials Science or related field
