Job description

Ugene Lab (www.ugenelab.com) is the premier food testing laboratory. We provide customers with a broad range of microbiological and chemical testing, rapid testing, hygiene monitoring and specialized test methods developed to meet customer needs.

No experience graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage company Quality Systems and documentation.
  • Manage audits by clients and accreditation bodies.
  • Ensure equipment calibration, verification, and maintenance.
  • Perform Quality controls of environment, media, reagent etc.
  • Review test and calibration reports before release.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • ITE or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Food Science / Biomedical Science / Chemical Processing or its equivalent.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex technical instructions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team‑oriented environment.
  • Pays close attention to detail and has strong analytical and organization skills.
  • Highly motivated individual who acts with integrity.
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week.
