Job summary

LENSKART SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack optical products, manage stock movements, and ensure accurate receiving and storage of shipments.

You will replenish inventory, count stock, and assist with audits while maintaining packing quality, labeling, and safe handling. Training is provided.

The role requires working 9-hour shifts with a one-hour break, weekends included, at 2 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, #04-04 Singapore 417938.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock handling and order fulfilment.
• Attention to detail for accurate packing and labeling.
• Willingness to work 9-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Training will be provided.
• Commitment to safety and warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack optical products according to invoices and delivery orders.
• Handle inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Receive, check, and store incoming shipments.
• Perform stock replenishment and inventory arrangement.
• Conduct stock counting and assist with audits.
• Ensure products are packed securely and labeled correctly for delivery.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and sorting of goods.
• Maintain safety and organisation of the warehouse.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Support ad hoc warehouse and logistics duties.

Job description

• Pick and pack optical products accurately according to invoices and delivery orders
• Handle inbound and outbound stock movements
• Receive, check, and store incoming shipments of frames, lenses, accessories, and other optical products
• Perform stock replenishment and inventory arrangement within the warehouse
• Conduct stock counting and assist with inventory audits
• Ensure products are packed securely and labelled correctly for delivery to stores/customers
• Assist with loading, unloading, and sorting of goods
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the warehouse
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor
• Support ad hoc warehouse and logistics duties as assigned
