Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking passionate preschool teachers to join our warm and collaborative environment.

You will plan and deliver English lessons in line with MOE/ECDA guidelines, foster language and social-emotional growth, and create a safe, stimulating classroom.

Collaborate with parents and colleagues, prepare engaging materials, and contribute to a supportive early years team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE-T).
• ECDA Certification or equivalent credential.
• LON - L2 (Leader of Nursery) or similar credential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver English lessons in alignment with the center's curriculum as well as MOE/ECDA guidelines.
• Support children's growth in language, literacy, social-emotional development, and inquiry-based learning.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Prepare developmentally appropriate learning materials and engaging activities.
• Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development in accordance with ECDA and center standards.
• Build strong partnerships with parents through clear, timely, and supportive communication about their child's progress and well-being.
