Qualifications

    Maintain a vibrant and organized classroom space that supports exploration, creativity, and learning.

Essential Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting
  • Registered with ECDA and certified with Level 2 (L2) English certification
  • Holds one of the following (or equivalent as recognized by ECDA):
    Diploma in Pre-school Education - Teaching (DPE-T)/
    Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T)
Knowledge & Professional Competencies
  • Up-to-date with early childhood development theories and best practices
  • Familiar with relevant regulatory and quality frameworks (e.g., Child Care Act, SPARK)
  • Proficient in planning, observation, and developmental documentation
