Roles & Responsibilities

Lesson Planning & Execution

• Plan and implement daily/weekly lessons aligned to our curriculum
• Create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning experiences

Child Supervision & Safety

• Monitor children’s interactions and ensure a safe, respectful environment
• Provide basic first aid and be mindful of children’s medical/dietary needs

Parental Communication

• Maintain open communication with parents on daily updates, milestones, and progress
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide regular progress reports

Classroom Management

• Maintain a clean, organized, child-safe classroom
• Use positive discipline strategies to manage behavior

Continuous Development & Collaboration

• Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic learning environment

Minimum Qualifications

• L2 certification
