L1 Production Support (Banking / 12hrs shift)

We are looking for a Singaporean to join our client’s team through ES Recruitment as a L1 Production Support (12hrs shift). This is a 1-year contract position based in the Changi Business Park

Monthly salary inclusive of allowance: $3200 to $4290 (company does not offer bonus)

Below is the Shift Timing (Need to support weekends and public holidays, PHs will be given off-in-lieu)

Morning shift: 6am to 6pm

Night shift: 6pm to 6am

3 days work/2 days rest or 2 days work/3 days rest

Transport is claimable - before 7am (for morning shift 6am to 3pm)

What you’ll be doing

• Provide L1 production support for 24x7 on corporate internet banking / CDN / monitoring system related applications.
• To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities
• To manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
• To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
• To manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
• To enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.

What we’re looking for

• Locals (Must cleared both client security checks and pre-employment check)
• Must be able to commit to working shift hours (Need to support weekends and public holidays)
• Working experience in in Linux and SQL
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services
• Basic understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and banking operations is highly desirable
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams
• Knowledge incident management processes is a plus
