Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced L&D Executive with strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in insurance and reinsurance, to design, develop and execute impactful learning programs. This role is pivotal in bridging technical product knowledge with strategic people development, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the right skills and frameworks to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Frameworks
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design competency frameworks tailored to technical and functional roles across business units.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
Program Design & Delivery
  • Create and deliver customized learning solutions for leadership, technical, and soft skills development.
  • Manage and own end-to-end program lifecycle: needs analysis, design, vendor selection, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Leverage blended learning approaches (classroom, e-learning, microlearning, coaching).
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives support organizational goals.
  • Act as a subject expert on talent development and career progression pathways.
Measurement & Reporting
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare reports and insights for Management on learning impact.
  • Perform annual Career Development Calibration to measure candidate potential; ensure alignment of individual growth plans with organizational priorities, fostering consistency and fairness across the talent landscape.

Qualifications & Experience
