Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or Risk Assessment.
• Good understanding of regulatory framework surrounding KYC/AML.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and being a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a team of KYC Analysts.
• Coach and develop a strong team of KYC Analysts.
• Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements.
