MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a contract-based onboarding professional to manage end-to-end client onboarding and account opening processes. The role interfaces with sales and multiple internal teams to ensure timely launches and smooth client experience.

The successful candidate will work with KYC, compliance and operations, with training and mentorship provided in a global financial services environment. This is a 6-month extendable/convertible contract based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience in KYC, client onboarding, compliance, operations.
• Open to candidates without prior experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end client onboarding and account opening requirements.
• Partner with sales to prioritise onboarding requests and meet timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk and operations to facilitate approvals.
• Track onboarding progress and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and client experience.

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end client onboarding activities and account opening requirements.
• Partner closely with sales teams to prioritise onboarding requests and meet target launch timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, risk and operations teams to facilitate onboarding approvals.
• Track onboarding progress and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks, escalating issues where necessary.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and client experience.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
