Senior Abacus Mental Arithmetic Trainer

Working Days: 6 Days (Off on Monday)
Working hours are as below:

• Tues @ 12.30pm - 9.30pm (Before passing Teacher's Evaluation)
• Tues @ 4.30pm - 9.30pm (After passing Teacher's Evaluation)
• Wed - Fri @ 12.30pm - 9.30pm
• Sat @ 10.15am - 7.15pm
• Sun @ 10.15am - 6.15pm

Working Location: Yishun
Salary: $3000 to $4000 (Based on experience and qualification)

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured abacus-mental arithmetic lessons (physical & online) for children aged 3–12.
• Ensure lesson delivery, classroom management, and parent communication.
• Guide junior trainers during onboarding and certification.
• Provide feedback to improve teaching methodology and curriculum content.
• Participate in internal trainer workshops and assist in training sessions.
• Assist in centre events, competitions, and outreach initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 2 years of abacus mental arithmetic teaching experience.
