Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Bag Packaging Operator to ensure accurate bag packaging and quality inspection on the West facility. You will maintain orderly, defect-free production processes and support material control.

This role requires following QA guidelines, working 5.5 days, and liaising with the Bag Packaging Supervisor. The position offers morning shifts with 8am-4:45pm weekdays and Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Understand packaging quality requirements as explained by QA and Team Leader.
• Previous packaging experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to approved first article samples throughout production.
• Assist in production preparation, perform quality and quantity inspections, and support self-checks to improve quality.
• Handle products carefully to prevent defects during packaging and transfer.
• Keep packaging materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, and tools organized per layout.
• Use packaging materials efficiently to minimize waste and costs.
• Report production issues promptly and rework defective products before entering FG area.
• Check, maintain, and properly use production tools and equipment daily.
• Protect company property and avoid damage to machines, tools, or packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bag Packaging Operator

Location:West - Jalan Tukang (Boon Lay)
Working Days:5.5 days
Working Hours:Monday to Friday 8am - 4.45pm (lunch hour 45mins) ; Saturday 8am - 12pm.
Salary :$2200 - $2600
Department:Manufacturing (Vacuum Bag)
Reports to:Bag Packaging Supervisor

Role Overview:

Responsible for accurate bag packaging, quality inspection, material control, equipment care, and maintaining orderly, defect-free production processes.

Job Description

• Adhere strictly to the approved first article sample validated by the Quality Inspector throughout the production process.
• Assist in production preparation, perform inspection (for both quality and quantity), and help other operators with self-checks to improve production quality.
• Handle all products with care to prevent defects such as stains, scratches, dents, or damage during packaging and transfer.
• Keep all packaging materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, and tools neatly organized according to the required layout.
• Use packaging materials reasonably, prevent waste or loss, control packaging consumption, save energy, and reduce production costs.
• Report production issues promptly and rework defective products immediately; ensure no defective products enter the finished goods area.
• Check, maintain, and take care of production tools and equipment daily; use all tools properly.
• Protect company property and avoid intentional damage to machines, tools, products, or packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Able to understand and follow packaging quality requirements as explained by the Quality Inspector and Team Leader prior to commencing work
• Previous experience in packaging is an advantage.
