A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Admin and HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in HR, at least 2 years of management experience, and strong knowledge of employment regulations. The role offers a salary range of $3800 - $4200 with a focus on supporting the HR Director in various administrative tasks.

Working Days: Mon - Fri

Working Hours: 830am-530pm

Salary : $3800 - $4200

Reports to: Admin & HR Director

Job Description
Recruitment & Staffing
  • Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set-up.
  • Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
  • Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
  • Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
Training & Development
  • Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Support in establishing performance management systems.
Government & Administrative Affairs
  • Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Others
  • Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Diploma’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience; experience in manufacturing or factory start-up is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.
