Business Development Management Associate

Location: Novena / Marine Parade

Working days & Time: Option 1 - 3 days (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, basic $1200 + comm); Option 2 - 5 days (Tuesday to Saturday, basic $2000 + Comm); Working timing: 9am-5pm; Salary: Gross $3500 & above (If hit Target)

Job Description:

• Nurture new enquiries provided by Marketing Team
• Implement structured engagement strategies to drive student retention and generate qualified parent referrals.
• Track and report student performance data; issue regular progress updates to parents through scheduled reports and consultations.
• Deliver curriculum-aligned consultations with parents, presenting programme structure, learning outcomes, and alignment with the Singapore MOE syllabus to support informed enrolment decisions.
• Understand the specific learning challenges and goals of prospective students (P1 to P6) to make recommendations
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrolment and revenue targets
• Accurately log and manage sales activities using CRM system
• Fulfil minimum requirements of Teaching classes as part of ongoing training programme
• Provide support and ideas towards business development
• Contribute in team meetings
• Other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events
• Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned
