Job summary

A leading human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Attendant to ensure safe and efficient delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in PSA or Jurong Port and be able to handle shift work. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with equipment handling. Competitive salary from $1,000 to $1,800, with gross potential up to $4,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in PSA or Jurong Port.
• Flexibility to handle shift work and odd working hours.

Responsibilities

• Commit to maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Support the OSH program and ensure safe work methods.
• Check and tally cargoes or tanker number/seal/product grade/quantity.
• Assist in loading/unloading of supply equipment.
• Perform rigging and signaling of cargoes during vessel supply.
• Coordinate with Planner on delivery purposes and issues.
• Communicate clearly with Chief Engineer and driver during supply.
• Submit all delivery documents checked and endorsed.

Delivery Attendant

• Location: Penjuru (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT station)
• Working days: 5.5 days
• Working hour: 8 hours per day
• Salary: Basic $1,000 - $1,800
• Gross: $2,000 - $4,000

Responsibilities

• Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• Confirm nominated product and quantity as per order delivery ticket before proceeding to supply such as: Check & tally cargoes or tanker number/seal/product grade/quantity
• Assist in loading/unloading of supply equipment and ensure all in good working condition & road worthiness before use
• Perform rigging & signaling of cargoes during vessel supply
• Coordinate with Planner on delivery purpose such as equipment faults, supply disputes
• Communication with Chief Engineer and driver is clear when executing order during supply
• Responsible to submit all delivery document that is check and endorsed after completion
• Other duties assigned by Planner
