A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Assistant Sales Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, assisting in sales inquiries, and coordinating with customers regarding delivery. Data Entry Clerk / Assistant Sales Coordinator

Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)

Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri

Working hours : 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm

Salary : $2,200 - $3,000 depending on qualification and experience

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements
  • Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
  • Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery
  • Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
  • Support sales team in achieving the department objectivesAny other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
  • GCE N/O levels/NITEC
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
  • At least 1-year experience, preferably in the related field
